He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. and Mary T. Foessett (Driscoll). He is survived by: his wife Donna Fairbrother; his friend Patricia Swanson; his children, Mary Kathleen Vaughn (John), Richard Foessett III (Melissa), John Foessett, Donnell Foessett, Jessica Gomolchak (Daniel), Tracy Szklenksi (Paul) and Melissa DeBello (Jeffrey); and his siblings, Janet Petrosky (Charles), Joy Zamierowski (Phillip), Thomas Foessett (Rosemarie) and Joel Foessett (Gwen). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dusckas Funeral & Cremation Services (5151 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510).
