He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard P. Walter and Ida Flaugh Walter. He is survived by : his fiancée Rhonda Pooler of Erie; his daughter Denise Walter (David Wetzel) of Mechanicsville, VA; and his grandchildren, Dakoda and Delany Wetzel.
