He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Biebel and Helen Biebel (Murphy); his wife Mildred Biebel (Lozier); his granddaughter Rhonda Sue Caldwell; and his sisters, Mildred Hellman, Frances Kaveny, Grace Nellis, Florence Moritz, Alice Moritz, Bettie Suroviec, Edna Dahlkemper and Helen Allgier.
He is survived by : his children, Robert G. Biebel Jr. (Connie), Linda Caldwell (Ronald), Richard and Ronald Biebel. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
