He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Koziel and Janet Koziel (Johns). He is survived by: his wife Alice Koziel (Benes); his children, Timothy Koziel (Heather), Sarah Goetschius (Alex), Jillian Britt (Clarence) and Michael Koziel; his grandsons, Ronald and Timothy; his siblings, Beverly Ogden (Frank) and Brad Koziel (Suzanne); his sisters-in-law, Pauline Ellis, Frances Macrino, Georgia Benes, Elaine Renz (Dennis) and Larraine Sarti (Joe); and his band mates, Pat Lorei, George Barber, John Portonova and Harry Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as friends.
