Maurer of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Maurer; and his brothers, William G. and Harold L. Maurer. He is survived by: his sister Helen Eyerly; and his sibling's children, Michele Lechtner (Mark), Leslie Maurer, Kevin Eyerly (Colleen) and Tracy Maurer (Julie).
