We are sad to announce that, on September 29, 2025, at the age of 65, Robert Vanicek in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Vanicek and Martha Vanicek (Jones); his brother Ronald Vanicek; his parents-in-law, Theodore and Roena Alward; his brother-in-law Mark Alward; and his stepmother Lois Vanicek.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Vanicek (Alward); his daughter Sarah Vanicek; his siblings, Nancy Schaaf (Tim) and Richard Vanicek (Heidi); his siblings-in-law, Robin Vanicek and Theodore Alward (Doreen); his grandson Michael Robert Eaton; and his caregivers, Amy, Leslie, Tracy and Stacy.
