He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Webb and Frances J. Boyles Webb; and his siblings, Frank, Harvey Webb and Marjorie Parrett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Mcintosh of Erie, Susan Cribbs of California and Albert Webb (Gail). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
