He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Seabolt; his brothers, Tom Shaffer (Mary) of Bradenton, FL and Wayne Seabolt (Helen) of South Dayton, NY; his mother-in-law Theresa Nakoski; his siblings-in-law, Tracey Conley (Tim), Jena Adamaszek (Steve), Nicole Carr (Rob) and Shane Raven (Amy); his friends, Don, Sarah Watkins and Ken Hagberg; and his pets, KeeKee, Little Man, Leo and Princess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
