He was predeceased by: his parents, George Haise and Mary Haise; and his sister Elaine Haise. He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Haise; his children, Sharon Neish (Jeff Berger) and David Haise (Kim); his grandchildren, Madison Haise, Sophie Haise, Jordan Haise and Ian Adams (Natasha Rezvani); his great grandchild Noor Rezvani; and his siblings, Thomas Haise and Sylvia Colson.
