She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Leroy and Mae Louise Hartstein Smail; her granddaughter Kayla Hull; her sister Bonnie Sue Bull; and her brother-in-law Danny Bull.

She is survived by: her sons, David Lee (Hazel), Steven Lee (Melissa Rea) and Leon Jeremiah (Natalie); and her sisters, Phyllis Jean Loper (Sam), Linda Lee Stahlman, Janet Ann Smail and Sandra Diane Hoag (Mark). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
