It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. (Strand) Laney Fogl (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Strand and Ruth Strand (Miner); and her sister Virginia Satyshur. She is survived by: her husband Frank Fogl; her children, John Laney and Wendi Laney Arlington; and her stepchildren, Lorraine Wedzik (Tom), Therese Sivers and Frank Fogl III (Sue). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several cousins.
