She is survived by: her children, Karen Clement (Frank), Linda Swab (Allen), Kim Church, Debby Smith (Tim) and A. Timothy Church (Kathy); and her caregiver Savannah Tobin. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
