Ruth Green Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, at the age of 96, Ruth Green of Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Green to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Swartzlander and Helen Swartzlander; her husband Harry; her sister Edith; her brother-in-law Robert Wasson; and her nephew Timothy Ball.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Cash, Melody Ball (Ken Holtry) and April Robison (Charlie Kalie); and her grandchildren, Kevin Robison, Lisa Whaley-Lawrence, Greg Whaley (Tracey), Heather Whaley-Mathis, Jason Ball, Carly Miller, Hallie Robison, Kyle Wu, Jessica Holmes (James), Justin Wu and Katie Wu. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Erie County Memorial Gardens (7880 Edinboro Rd, Erie, PA 16509). A wake will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Brevillier Village (5416 E Lake Rd, Erie, PA 16510).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Erie City Mission.
