She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Osborn and Claribel Swires Osborn; her son Andrew John Krishak; and her siblings, Patricia Osborn, William Osborn and Harry Osborn.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Shefchunas (Thomas), Patricia Twohig (Thomas), Deborah "Deb" Kucharski and William "Billy" Nichols; and her grandchildren, Christen, Thomas II, Melissa, Jennifer, Ashley, David, Adriann, Marie, Mya and Maegan. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38101, a cause she contributed to faithfully.
