She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gaerttner and Georgia Gaerttner (Brown); her husband Edward Joint; and her siblings, William, Raymond, Hugh, Charles, Otto, George, Richard, Ross Gaerttner, Sr., Mary Colvin, Louise "Irene" Yost, Loretta Joint and Rose Andrzejczak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Enas (Robert), Christine Klug (Gordon), Linda Wilson and Laura Phelps (Kevin); her sister Judith Mook; her grandchildren, Melissa Zeches (Rodney), Rob Moreland (Wendy), Jeremy Moreland (Janet), Chuck Swantek (Renee), Shawn Swantek (Eriko), Aimee Voto-Engle (Kevin), Erika Pluta (Jason), Jeffrey Bresslin (Sanja) and Eric Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Baby Bresslin and Baby Jones. She is also survived by 4 great-great grandchildren.
