She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Moyer, Sr. and Virginia Moyer (Miller); her husband Richard H. Niebauer, Jr.; her son-in-law Andre Hobson; and her sister-in-law Robin Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Katina Moyer Hobson, Lois Dichter (Todd), Casandra Batykefer (Craig) and Richard H. Niebauer, Jr.; her siblings, Barbara Rodriguez (Manuel), Jenny Moyer, Gerald Moyer (Michelle), Mark Moyer (Rebecca) and Michael Moyer; and her grandchildren, Jamyra Marie, Ivy'onna, Kayla, Secret, Temperance, Kelly, Sandra, Craig Jr., Lucas and Austin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
