We announce the death of Shirley Maas of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 94. Shirley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Eller and Evelyn Eller (Carlson); her husband Donald M. Maas, Sr.; her brother Ray Eller; her sister-in-law Marilyn Eller; and her nephew Dale Eller.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Giannamore (Armand) of Farmington Hills, MI, Donald M. Maas Jr. (Marjorie) of Tallahassee, FL, Randy Maas (Lisa) of Erie and Peter Maas (Diane) of Erie; and her stepsiblings, Charles Eller (Wanda) and Kathyrn Harrower (Jack). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
