She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jordan and Dorothy Terwilliger Jordan; her son Cecil Spencer, Jr.; and her sisters, Jeannie Hershelman and Mary Ann Schrubb.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Spencer, Sr.; her daughter Shelly Spencer (Nick); her grandchildren, Aaliyah Spencer and Isaiah Mehler; her siblings, Nancy Jordan, Carol Sittig (Dave) and Jeffrey Jordan; and her sister-in-law Mary Mejia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
