He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Flatley, Sr. and Rosemary Price Flatley (Pat); his siblings, John L. Flatley, Maureen Moose and Karen Flatley; and his brother-in-law Don Metzger.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Flatley (Galbreath); his daughter Tara Flatley; his stepchildren, Heather Batson and Derek Batson; his grandson AJ Bias; and his siblings, Joseph Flatley (Linda), Kevin Flatley (Kathleen), Timothy Flatley, Steve Flatley (Andrea), Patrick Flatley, Kathleen Flatley, Rosemary Jackson, Ann Metzger, Jane Letto and Christine Flatley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
