He was predeceased by: his parents, James Byerly and Jean Connell Byerly; and his siblings, Brenda Roache, Tina Seaman and Michael Byerly.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberle Stanko Byerly; his daughters, Leanne Haupt (Robbie) and Callee Owens (Donovan); his grandchildren, Peyton Haupt and Everett Owens; and his siblings, Patti Seidel (Richard) and Scott Byerly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
