He was predeceased by: his father James L. Teetzel. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Fuller (Divine); his wife Ashley Teetzel (Uplinger); his siblings, Tom Teetzel, Tammy Teetzel-Dhappart and Ann "Annie" Mazza; Dan Uplinger (Jennifer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
