It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vicki Lynn Wilbur of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Marie Kelley and Victor Louis Young Sr.; and her siblings, Deborah Plyler, Victor Young and Lloyd Young.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Proctor, Susannah Proctor, Sharon Proctor, Leroy Proctor and Michael Proctor; her siblings, Helen Young, Lillian Young and Thomas Young (Erika); and her stepsiblings, Laura Beebe, Lorinda Burcham, Brian and Clayton Himos. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 greatgrandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
