He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James and Barbara S. Conn (Martinez); and his brother Thomas Conn, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Ann Thumm, Debra Yoculan and Mary Ann Hutchison (Jack); and his aunt Marg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
