He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mackey and Florence Mackey (Frank); his wife Patricia A. Mackey (Mioduszewski); his son Timothy J. Mackey; and his siblings, Gerald Mackey, Dorothy Glynn, Sally Hammerbeck, James Mackey, Joanne Figurski and Peg McCarthy.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Mackey (Melissa) of Westford, MA, Mark Mackey of Erie and Patrick Mackey (Renee); his grandchildren, Autumn, Amanda, Dalton, Shyla, William, Kathryn and Connor; and his great grandchild Isaiah.
