He was predeceased by: his son Nathan Sturm. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his stepchildren, Tiffany Clay and Ashley Davis (Dustin); his stepgrandchildren, Charlie and Lizzy; his son Adam Sturm; his daughter-in-law Kristen; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Olivia and Dylan Ray Sturm; and his sisters, Linda Rice and Lori Suhy.
