He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Boggan; and his siblings, Lola Mae Boggan, Lula Mae Cross, Louise Grayson, Ralph Boggan and Robert Boggan.
He is survived by: his daughter Rosie Coleman; and his sister Emmie Harris (Cleo). He is also survived by four grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and twenty-nine great-great-grandchildren; along with many loving nieces and nephews.
