He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Sr. Vinay and Josephine Vinay. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Wolfe); his siblings, Steve (Tip) and Barbara Fleming (late Bob); and his sister-in-law Kay Vinay (Fleming). He is also survived by his wife, all his family.
