He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marks and Cynthia Marks (Kramer); his niece Shannon; and his brother Jeffrey Marks. He is survived by: his wife Timberle Cero Marks; and his brother Greg Marks (Sherry). He is also survived by nieces and a grand-nephew.
