He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Weltmer, and Leona M. Weltmer, Sr. (Rader); and his sister Jaclyn Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Weltmer (Helm); his children, Wendy Marquardt (Greg) of Phoenixville, PA, Geoff Weltmer of Carlisle, Jody Weltmer of New Cumberland, Kelly Curtis of New Cumberland, Sharon Weltmer of Etters and Kristen Pelliccia (Jose) of Lancaster; his brothers, Barry of Cresco, PA, Arthur of New Cumberland and Michael "Mick" of Middletown; his grandchildren, Katie, Megan, Dan, Matthew, Benjamin, Jordan, Leo, Brie, Eli, Alex, Jayson, Sam and Elena; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Abby, Caroline, Veda, Scout, Mya, Brynlee and Hadley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
