He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Marie Prosser (Hinkle). He is survived by: his father John Daniel Prosser, Jr. of Dillsburg; his stepmother Linda I. Prosser; his siblings, Sara Cleveland and Mason Prosser; his half-brother Matthew Speece; his aunt Caroline Sampson; and his stepsisters, Wendy Holz and Rhonda Stum.
