He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Prosser and Mary Prosser Zepp (Sheetz). He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Sylvester (James) of Chambersburg; his grandson Archer; his stepson Zach Kepler (Amber) of Harrisburg; and his sisters, JoAnn Zepp of Texas and Kay Dressler of Texas.
