He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Louise Schmidt (Willard); and his son Riley. He is survived by: his father Edward John Schmidt, Sr. of North Brunswick, NJ; his wife Valerie Schmidt of Mechanicsburg; his son Aiden; and his siblings, Edward John Schmidt, Jr. (Carla) and Lori Tunney (Nicholas) of Thomasville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
