He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Falcone; and his brother JP Plylaharn. He is survived by: his parents, Charles J. Falcone and Alberta L. Falcone (Holland); his children, Michael F. Bourette (Danielle), Jennifer L. Graves (Michael) and Christine L. Strickland (Thomas); and his siblings, Jason Plylaharn, Chris Falcone, Jack Plylaharn, Beth Falcone and Victoria Falcone. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
