He was predeceased by: his grandfather William H. Cowell. He is survived by: his parents, William G. Cowell and Renee Powers; his grandmothers, Bonnie Cowell and Dyanna Bolton; his brother Kain Cowell; and his son Austin Cowell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
