He is survived by : his wife Myrtle; his children, Susan Emelander (Sutton), Sally Boerema (Sutton), Wayne Sutton (Debra) and Wendy Barkley (John); and his sons-in-law, Mel Boerema and Mark Emelander. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
