He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hines and Mildred Perkins Hines; his grandchildren, Shania Lynn Hines and Austin James Hines; his sister Diane Eich; and his mother-in-law Anna Cornell.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" A. Hines; his sons, George Hines, Jr. and Russell J. Hines; his grandchildren, Richard Hines and Madison Hines; his siblings, James "Jim" Hines and Linda Lamberson; and his siblings' children, Kathy, Scott and Christine Lamberson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in Butch's memory to help with the funeral expenses.
