He is survived by: his wife Beverly Stach Barkley of Evans City; his son Scott Barkley (Tara) of Ramona, OK; and his siblings, Rodney Barkley (Judy) of Wynne, AR, Loretta Rice (Ronald) of Prospect, Marilyn Carrol of Eugene, OR, Deloris Mangold of Wynne, AR, Trudy Stroud (Paul) of Wynne, AR and Lucinda Rutledge of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by one grandson; one step-grandson; five great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Troy's honor to St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Evans City, 202 Van Buren St., Evans City, PA 16033.
