She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Clark and Louise Clark (Ritchey); her husband Richard L. Miller; her brother Eugene Clark; and her niece Lisa Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Miller of Cumberland, MD, Sandra Edwards (Craig) of LaGrange, KY and Donna Perrin of Bedford, PA; her grandchildren, Brandon McGorty, Briana Naylor, Tanner Perrin, Brayden Perrin, Erix Edwards and Tai Emma Edwards; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Aiden Naylor and Jackson Perrin; and her siblings, Shirley Morreale (Charlie), Duane Clark (Pam), Wanda Schooley (Allen), Ronald Clark (Linda), Teresa Foor (Rodney "Mace"), Bonnie Hautz (Phil), Annette Simms (Charlie) and Julie Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
