He was predeceased by : his parents, Winfred Decker and Mary Decker (Boor). He is survived by : his wife Jeannette Decker (Hall); his sons, Adam (Valerie) and Andrew (Lacy); his granddaughter Adalynn; his brother Winfred Decker; his niece Molly; his nephew Louis; and his friend Cooter.
