He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin O'Neal and Dolly O'Neal (Garlick); and his siblings, Mazie Allen, Helen Lockard, Sylvia Foor, Hulda Border, Leroy O'Neal and Loretta Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie L. O'Neal (Hicklin); and his children, Sabrina Chamberlain and Clinton M. O'Neal (Mary Kathy). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
