She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Herman and Cora Welsh (Millin); and her brothers, George Welsh and Norman Welsh. She is survived by: her son Robert E. Welch (Christine) of El Paso, TX; and her granddaughters, Nicole Colledge (Matthew) of Breezewood, Rachelle Welch of Maine and Sarah Throckmartin (Keisha) of Florida. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
