He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Foor and Doris L. Foor. He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Foor (Swindell); his children, Kristen A. (Tommy Byers) of Princeton, MO and Devin R. Foor (April) of Clayton, NC; and his grandchildren, Daxton A. Foor and Decklyn A. Foor.
