She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar O'Neal and Jennie O'Neal (Perrin); her husband Charles A. Karns; her siblings, Ethlyn, George O'Neal, Fred O'Neal and Maxine Klahre; and her great great grandchild Tyra Burkett.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Karns (Linda), Bonnie Ruby (Kenny) and Dennis Karns; her sister Betty Morse; her grandchildren, Kelly Clark (Jeff), Travis Karns (Heather), Garrick Karns (Debbie), Braden Karns (Denise), Christa Davis (Jon), Rebecca Brown (Jeremy Elbin), Melissa Karns (Travis Noland), Jenny Wills (Willy) and Chuck Karns (Betty); and her close friend Helen Ritchey. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
