He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Sr. and Mary E. Mowery (Ott); his siblings, Shirley Mowery, Betty Klotz (Dave) and Gerald Mowery (Joan); his great grandchildren, Trey Sipes and Nash Beecher; his son-in-law Barry Perry; his nephew Todd Klotz; and his brother-in-law Dick Burket.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Mowery (Weaver); his children, Tammy Perry of Delaware, Vicky Morral (Loren) of Hollidaysburg and Ricky Mowery (Dawn) of Clearville; his grandchildren, Amberly, Amy, Ryane, Randi, Chad, Ramie and Darren; and his siblings, Delores Burket and William Mowery (Penny).
