He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foor and Alice Foor (Risbon). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Lee Foor; his son Gary Allen Foor Jr. Gary (S. Army) of Three Springs; his grandchildren, Bridget, Pamela and Jason; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Eliana and Alexander; and his siblings, Robert (Judith) of Everett, Elaine of Everett and Audrey of Roaring Spring. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
