He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Raymond Mack and Viola Mack (Stutzman). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fletcher; his sons, Douglas G. Mack of Richmond, VA and Eddie V. Mack (Marie Mack); and his sister Helen Fetter of Aberdeen, MD.
