He was predeceased by: his parents, Stark A. Harman, Jr. and Mary Etta Harman (Snyder); his mother-in-law Claude (Gayle Levy); and his brothers-in-law, George "Buzz" Grimm and Denny Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harman (Levy); his children, Justin "Jake" Harman (Michelle) of Everett, PA and Darcee Harman Shafer (Kevin) of Harrisonville, PA; his grandchildren, Kylee, Nathan and Mahayla; his siblings, Donald Harman, Robert "Alvy" Harman (Barb), Darlene Lillpop (Mark), Nancy Grimm and Jeannie Scott; and his in-laws, Diane, Andy Foor, Jim, Karla Levy and Carol Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
