He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Foor Jr.; his sisters, Debra Blackstone and Dorothy "Dottie" Foor; and his niece Robin James. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer I. Foor of Breezewood and Joseph Foor IV (Emily (Peeler)) of Everett; his grandchildren, Linkoln, Alexi, Emmi Lou and Ezekiel "Elwood" Foor; his brother Tim Lawler; and his nieces and nephews, Angie, Adam, Aerin and Danny.
