He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Stevey and Beulah Stevey-Penrod (Warnick); his wife Geraldine L. Beegle (Price); his stepfather Benjamin Penrod; and his siblings, Emma Dicken (Stevey), Ronnie Stevey, Roger Stevey, Fred Penrod and Benjamin Penrod, Jr..

He is survived by : his child Francis E. Stevey (Dianna); his grandson Leroy Stevey (Alicia); his children, Katrina Mallow (Gary), Clayton Stevey (Jesse), Chad Beegle (Brandy) and Steve Beegle (Brittany); his siblings, Betty Jane Fleegle (Penrod), Joe Penrod and Dale Penrod; and his stepchildren, Julie (late David Beegle), Alan L. Beegle (Penny), Robert L. Beegle (Michele), Lynn L. Beegle (Lisa), Linette L. (Tom O'Neal), Corrie L. Beegle (Lorie) and Jeanette L. Scott (Charlie). He is also survived by seventeen step-grandchildren and thirty-six step-great-grandchildren and his beloved cat.
