She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy (Jesse Hafer) of Everett and Cheryl (Douglas Askew) of Thornton, CO; her grandchildren, Sarah Chizek (Christian Munoz) and Luke Askew (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Archer Chizek, Lewis, Jane and Josephine Askew. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
